Intervention: Spanish Cooperation 4th Master Plan 2013-2016.

Service: Ad-hoc Performance and progress evaluation of the policy of the Spanish Development Cooperation for the period 2013-2014. The dimensions of the study focused on the 10 Master Plan´s management results (RG), formulating 19 evaluation questions, covering all its commitments and the management results framework.
