STRENGTHENING CAPABILITIES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC GRANTS DESTINED TO INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION FOR DEVELOPMENT

Intervention: Guarantee in Haiti an inclusive and equitable quality professional training promoting relevant opportunities for integral learning throughout life, for socio-professional insertion and for the exercise of global citizenship (18-C01-929)

Service: Local team capacity building in management and monitoring for the correct financial and administrative management of the program: training workshop on management and justification of AECID agreements and regulations; design of the financial panel used for the economic justification required by AECID; review of administrative and financial documentation generated in order to detect incidents and areas for improvement, and on-demand advice during a given period to answer questions, obstacles and any other issue that arises in the operationalization of the improvements introduced in the financial and economic management of the program.
