TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE ELABORATION OF A BASELINE STUDY OF THE COPOLAD III PROGRAMME

Intervention: COPOLAD III assists Latin American and Caribbean countries in improving their drug policies. The objective is to support the achievement of better results in relation to the promotion and defence of human rights, gender equity, public health, citizen security and other dimensions of sustainable development. The programme combines bi-regional and multi-country collaboration spaces.

Service: Technical assistance for the elaboration of a baseline study for the COPOLAD III programme. This includes expert advice and coordination for the determination of the methodology, the comprehensive documentary analysis, the assessment of the nature of the project, the study of the stakeholders, the collection and systematisation of information, and the analysis and drafting of the report.
