Evaluation of Public Programs and Policies

We conduct ex-ante, intermediate, and ex-post human rights based and gender responsive evaluations.

We use different methodological approaches depending on the needs: (i) DAC / OECD criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability); Ii) Theory of the program / Theory of change; Iii) Process evaluation; Iv) Impact assessment (experimental / quasi-experimental evaluation using econometric models).

As a result of the evaluation we generate products that:

• Display systematic and significant information which shows the way forward.
• Give relevant feedback to improve the quality of the program and its implementation.
• Enable accountability on management and results.
• Are relevant and sensitive to the context
