FINAL EVALUATION OF THE ROLE OF AECID IN II PACCI OF SEGIB

Intervention: Intervention: The II Four-Year Ibero-American Cooperation Action Plan (II PACCI) 2019- 2022 is the basic planning element that establishes the guidelines and priorities for Ibero-American Cooperation of the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB). The Strategic Axes defined in the programme are the following: 1. Strengthening the IC System; 2. Inclusion, Poverty and Inequality; 3. Knowledge and Higher Education; 4.Gender Equality; 5. Culture; 6. Environmental Dimension; 7. Innovation, Digital Transformation.

Service: Final thematic evaluation of AECID’s contributions to the II PACCI, within the framework of Strategic Axes 2. Contribute to social inclusion, eradicate poverty, and reduce inequalities, and 5. Contribute to sustainable development based on Ibero-American cultural diversity and richness.
