FINAL EVALUATION OF THE 5TH SPANISH COOPERATION MASTER PLAN

Intervention: The four-year Master Plan of the Spanish Cooperation constitutes the basic planning element in which the sectoral and geographical objectives and priorities for Spanish Cooperation are established, as well as the intervention criteria for development policy, within the framework determined by Law 23/1998, of July 7, on International Cooperation.

Service: Final evaluation of the 5th Master Plan of the Spanish Cooperation in order to review the progress in fulfilling the commitments acquired in the Master Plan, taking stock of what has been achieved and identifying the pending challenges to be transferred in the design of the next Master Plan.
