TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL REVIEW OF AECID GRANTED PROJECTS AND FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS TO NGO

Intervention: Review of over 300 closing reports of projects and framework agreements implemented in Spanish Cooperation priority countries by various NGO granted by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) .

Service: Technical, financial and administrative review of the reports presented by NGOs to justify the correct use of the subsidies granted by the AECID to international development projects and programmes. Preparation of a technical assessment report for each project, according to the CAD/OECD evaluation criteria and detailed economic analysis.
